Sizing & fit
Every product page lists the exact sizes that piece is cut in — read from its specification, not guessed. Pick your size before adding to the bag; it travels with the order all the way to dispatch. The measurement table below covers our standard cuts.
Take the larger of the two. Our patterns are cut with a little more room through the body and a generous seam allowance, so the bigger size almost always drapes better than the smaller one pulls.
Yes. Follow the return procedure within 7 days and tell us which size you would like instead. Subject to availability, the replacement is dispatched within five business days of the return being inspected.
Some pieces in the catalogue are specified by age rather than letter. Where the product description states an age range, we show exactly those options so nothing is lost in translation.
Orders & payment
UPI through any app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM — and Cash on Delivery. UPI payments are processed end to end by our gateway partner; we never see or store your PIN, OTP or card details.
Yes. GST is already inside the number on the tag and shipping is complimentary on every order. The checkout page shows the full payable amount before you confirm.
Yes — guest checkout works exactly the same. An account simply keeps your order history, wishlist and saved addresses in one place.
Failed UPI transactions are auto-reversed by your bank, usually within 3–5 business days. Send us the order number and the UPI reference and we will chase it with the gateway in parallel.
Any time before dispatch, free of charge. Email us with your order number. After dispatch it becomes a return once the parcel reaches you.
Delivery
We dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation, and standard delivery takes 5–9 business days from dispatch. Metro and Tier-1 cities are usually faster.
Nothing. Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum value.
Enter it at checkout and you will be told immediately. We ship to every pincode our logistics partners serve across India.
You receive an email with the carrier and tracking number at dispatch. You can also check any time on the Track Order page, or from your account.

Returns & refunds
7 days from delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Once the returned piece passes inspection, the refund is initiated within seven business days and reaches the original payment method in a further 7–10 business days.
Innerwear, swimwear and socks on hygiene grounds, anything marked Final Sale, and customised or altered pieces.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We arrange a free pickup and either replace the piece or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
The collection
Because that is genuinely all we make. One menswear collection and one womenswear collection, with every piece sitting directly under one of them. No sub-departments to wade through.
In small drops through the season rather than one large launch. The New In view always shows the most recent arrivals first.
Sometimes, if the cloth is still available. Save the piece to your wishlist and email us — we will tell you honestly whether it is coming back.
Size chart
Measurements are of the body, in inches. Where a product page lists numeric sizes (waist) or age ranges, follow the sizes shown on that page — they come from the piece's own specification.
