The website acclothings.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by A C TRADERS, with its registered office at GROUND FLOOR, Shop no 06, MOHINI MARKET, NEAR LAL SCHOOL, GARHA PHATAK, Jabalpur, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, 482001.. GSTIN 23BQAPC6447G1Z8.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean A C TRADERS. “You” and “your” mean the user of the Website and the purchaser of products from it.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the Website you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

4. Products and pricing

Product descriptions, photographs, sizing and stock status are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We may correct errors, change specifications or decline an order at our discretion.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The final payable amount — inclusive of all taxes and any shipping charge — is shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order.

We do not use misleading discount practices. Any “was” price shown is the manufacturer’s recommended retail price for that piece.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The order is accepted only when we send the order-confirmation email. Until then we may decline it, and any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Payment

We accept:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface), processed through our payment gateway partner.
• Cash on Delivery, with no additional convenience fee.

UPI payments are processed end to end by the gateway. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card or banking credentials on our systems.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges, timelines and serviceability are governed by our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days from dispatch.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

These are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which allows returns within 7 days of delivery.

9. Prohibited use

• Any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its underlying systems.
• Uploading viruses, malicious code, or material that infringes a third party’s intellectual property.
• Using automated scripts, scrapers or bots to extract data without our written permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — text, photographs, illustrations, logos, the AC Clothings name and its tagline — belongs to A C TRADERS or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. It may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

11. User-generated content

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Website and our marketing.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product purchased from the Website is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, internet failures, pandemics or actions of government authorities.

15. Modifications

We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended version takes effect from the date it is posted here. Continued use of the Website after posting is acceptance of the amendment.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
