Grievance Redressal

1. Filing a grievance

If you have a complaint about a product bought from AC Clothings, about the content of the Website, or about our service, you can raise it with our designated Grievance Officer.

2. What to include

  • Your full name and registered mobile number.
  • The order number, if the grievance relates to a specific order.
  • A clear description of the issue, with photographs where relevant.
  • Any earlier correspondence with our customer-care team on the matter.
  • The resolution you are looking for — refund, replacement, a response, or something else.

3. Resolution timeline

Acknowledgement · 24 hours

We acknowledge your grievance and issue a reference number.

II
Investigation · 7 days

The Grievance Officer reviews the matter personally and comes back with an action plan.

III
Resolution · 15 days

Final resolution is communicated within 15 days of receipt, in line with the IT Rules, 2021.

4. Escalation

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within fifteen days, you may escalate to:

  • National Consumer Helpline (Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India): 1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
  • Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission — District, State or National — under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • For data-protection grievances, the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Confidentiality

Grievances are reviewed in confidence. Personal data shared with the Grievance Officer is used only to investigate and resolve the matter, in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing law

Grievances and their resolution are subject to the laws of India, with any judicial dispute subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
